Enter what you're starting with, what you'll add along the way, and a growth rate — see where the balance lands at 10, 20, and 30 years.
Assumes contributions are made monthly and growth compounds monthly (unless "At year-end" is selected, which compounds annually). Figures are illustrative projections, not guarantees — actual returns vary.
Enter the balance you expect at retirement and a monthly withdrawal rate — see how the balance holds up (or runs down) over 10, 20, and 30 years.
Each month, the withdrawal is calculated as the rate above times that month's balance (so the rupee amount withdrawn shrinks as the balance does), and growth compounds monthly on what's left. No further contributions are assumed after retirement. Income tax is estimated using FBR's salaried-individual slab rates for tax year 2026-27 (Finance Act 2026), treating the withdrawal as taxable income stacked on top of any other income entered. This is federal income tax only — it ignores Zakat, provident fund exemptions, WHT already deducted elsewhere, and other real-world factors, so treat it as a rough estimate, not tax advice.
